We realize that the Upper Cumberland Region is becoming a haven for retirees and that many of our clients are building vacation homes here. With these types of endeavors, it is often difficult for out-of-town clients to manage this process, from a distant locale.

Cavender’s one-point-of-contact package was developed to assist these clients’ special needs. We offer in depth design meetings with clients, and clients’ representatives (architects, builders, etc.) reviewing floor plans, and documenting client’s needs and desires. We can assist you not only with kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops, and entertainment centers, but floor coverings as well as lighting fixtures and kitchen appliances.

As a Mohawk Floorscapes Showroom, we offer a full array of every type of floor covering available today. This includes carpet, hardwood, laminates, vinyl, ceramic and porcelain tile, as well as bamboo, cork and other specialty flooring.

If color coordination and finish selections are needed, we offer complimentary interior design consultations, when purchasing from our offerings.

And for any additional feature you would like to incorporate into your home, we can help you ‘cut the red tape’ by referring you to our network of quality firms and sub-contractors. These areas include plumbing fixtures, showers and whirlpool baths, wall coverings and window coverings, fireplaces, home entertainment centers, computer and cable hook-ups, as well as landscapers and security.

Once your construction team is selected, we will work with your builder to coordinate these sub-contractor installations.
